What is the lead time for standard orders?
Stocked models ship within 3 to 5 working days; OEM orders typically take 15 to 20 days after packaging approval.
Do the products carry CE certification?
Yes, all listed models are CE marked and tested to the applicable IEC standards; certificates ship with the order or on request.
What is the minimum order quantity?
For stocked items the MOQ is one carton per model. Mixed trial containers are possible for new partners.
Can you handle export documentation?
We prepare commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and the conformity file your customs or consultant requires.
How are products packaged for long-haul shipping?
Inner boxes, five-ply export cartons and palletization on request; marking can follow your label spec.
What warranty applies?
Standard warranty is 24 months from shipment against manufacturing defects, with documented claims answered within 5 working days.
